One of Hamilton County’s largest self-service garages was sold last month for $9 million to a garage company founded in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Go For It garage acquired the 101. 2 thirteen-square-foot garage facility on Dallas Hollow Road and Hixson Pike in Lakesite, Tennessee, and took over the facility, which in the past operated as a general garage operation. The 4. 9-acre site includes thirteen concrete and steel buildings, according to Records from the Hamilton County Property Appraiser.

Last year, a genuine real estate investment firm, Southeast One Inc. , acquired the public parking lot near the Hamilton Place Mall for $10. 25 million, just two years after the former Golfsmith store was converted into a self-logging facility.
The $9 million acquisition of the former Total Storage facility, a component of a total of $381. 8 million in asset sales in Hamilton County in January, according to a report released Thursday through Hamilton County Recorder Marcus Gravitt.
The other largest real estate sales in the county were apartment complexes on Mountain Creek Road and East Ridge and advertising homes in Enterprise South Industrial Park and near downtown.
